  • Yes! Commercial drone operations require obtaining and maintaining a valid Part 107 Remote Pilot License, which is governed by the FAA.

  • Yes! We are insured through BWI Aviation Insurance, providing our clients with a $1 million liability policy, and options to increase the amount of coverage.

    Our clients are eligible to be listed as an ‘Additional Insured’ for any engagement.

  • Rates vary based on the nature and complexity of the engagement.

  • Most often, raw deliverables/unedited media is returned within a 1- to 2-day time frame.

    More complex deliverables such as video productions may require additional time to complete, but often involve a review process where our clients have the opportunity to provide feedback on a draft to inform the completion of a final version.

  • Any drone media used for commercial purposes requires a Part 107 Remote Pilot license from the FAA. If you decide to use an Unlicensed Operator, you open yourself up to a greater risk of error, accidents, and legal liability.

  • Our clients receive their deliverables electronically via a cloud folder at no additional cost.

  • Yes! In the summer of 2023, NYPD created a permitting process that enables operating within city limits.

    The permit requires a 14-30 day review period and $150 application fee.
